After graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2009, Dr. Hulme opened Active Spine and Joint Center in Hendersonville, TN. He excels in working with athletes at all levels, and supports the running community by speaking at events and serving 3 years as the Hendersonville Half Marathon Medical Director. He has also served on the board of many organizations, including his local Lions Club, Optimist Club, and Seniors Center, and supports his profession as an active TCA member.

A proponent of chiropractic research, education and mentoring, Dr. Hulme is constantly refining his systemic approach to patient care utilizing the latest evidence in movement and pain science. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® and holds a Diplomate in Medical Acupuncture, among his many certifications. He hosts both clinical internships as an extension faculty member of Logan University and Palmer College-West, and a weekly podcast with doctors of varied specialties on improving health and quality of life. Plus, he is a sought-after national speaker known for his ability to share his knowledge effectively in a way that inspires others.

In 2017, Dr. Hulme was appointed by Gov. Haslam to the TN Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He now serves as Secretary. Only two years into his leadership on the examining board, the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards appointed him committee chair, where his vision helps providers care for more patients in their community with higher quality outcomes.

Most notably, Dr. Hulme was recognized by the Tennessee Chiropractic Association as the 2020 Chiropractor of the Year for his outstanding achievement in just over a decade of practice.

Dr. Ethan Coghill is a chiropractic physician with a focus in sports and evidence based medicine. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor of science in Exercise Science. During his time at WKU, Ethan worked with the athletic training team for three years where he served as a student athletic trainer for the football program. After Western Kentucky, Ethan graduated from Logan University in Chesterfield. Mo where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Masters degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. Ethan continues to learn different ways to help every patient population through manual therapy, exercise, and pain science.

In his free time Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife Kaylee, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and listening to podcasts.
